Oven Temperature: 350°F
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 1.25 lb fresh broccoli (you may substitute two10-oz. packages of frozen broccoli)
- 2 cups cooked turkey (you may substitute chicken)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sharp grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb seasons stuffing mix
Cook broccoli and then arrange in greased baking dish (8" x 12") and top with turkey. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; heat until lukewarm. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle cheese over soup mix and top with stuffing mix.
Bake in 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes or until top is brown.
This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Bring to room temperature before baking.
